2.3 Email Content

Received emails are temporarily stored for display. For free emails, they are deleted after 1 hour of expiration. For reserved emails, they are kept for the 1-year subscription period.

• Cannot be recovered after deletion

5.2 Reserved Emails (Paid)

• Kept for 1 year from payment date
• Renewal notifications sent 30, 15, and 3 days before expiration
• Deleted 30 days after expiration without renewal

5.3 Payment Data

Retained for the period necessary to comply with tax obligations (5 years in Brazil).

We implement security measures including:
